The Foot Clinic Moseley expects reasonable notice of appointment cancellations
Specifically:
More than 48 hours of notice to cancel an appointment
No penalty for cancelling an appointment with more than 2 days notice
Where a deposit has been made, if appropriate notice, is given the deposit is fully refundable.
Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation but more than 24 hours before the start of the appointment
Clients are expected to reschedule the appointment within 4 weeks from the date of the original appointment*
OR
Pay the full appointment fee
Where a deposit has been paid, this will be retained unless the client reschedules the appointment within 4 weeks from the date of the cancelled appointment
Less than 24 hours notice
The full appointment fee is due
We may offer rescheduled within 2 weeks. The rescheduled appointment must be attended, or the full fee will be due*
In exceptional circumstances, and at the discretion of the business owner, clients may be offered an extension on the times within which to reschedule or waive fees due.
Where a deposit has been paid, this will be retained by the business.
*Rescheduled appointments cannot be cancelled, at any time, WITHOUT incurring the full appointment fee.
Where possible we would rather work with you to make the best appointment time for both parties. In those exceptional circumstances where clients cancel and incur fees, the Foot Clinic will send invoices and payments links to resolve the issue quickly. No further appointments are offered to the client until the fees are paid.
Charging fees is at the discretion of the clinic owner within the parameters set out here.
