Gait Analysis

It is often very useful to assess and monitor your gait. We do this using a high spec in shoe gait analysis insole. simply slipped into your shoe, the PodoSmart Insoles will record your foot placement and progression from the moment it hits the floor to the point of leaving the fllot during normal walking

The system further records the 'swing' phase of your gait, that is the time your foot is in the air, the direction of swing, and the angle at which the heel is placed to the floor for your next step. 

We can provide a short report to demonstrate the line of your foot progression and use this data to help develop your customised orthotics - if this is what you choose to do - and your rehabilitation programme.
