Cancelling your appointment

We realise that things do not always go to plan

 

Let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your appointment

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice of any cancellation that you need to make. We hope that you will re-book your appointment in the future.

 

By giving us at least 24 hours notice we can then better plan the clinic or home visit day and maybe offer your appointment time to another client in need.

 

Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice

Again, we understand that life just sometimes gets in the way. If you find that you do have to cancel at short notice, all we ask is that you re-book your appontment with us within four weeks of the original appointment day.

WE WILL WRITE TO YOU TO REMIND YOU TO RE-BOOK IF YOU CANCEL WITHOUT APPROPRIATE NOTICE

Where insufficient notice of cancellation has been given and if you do not re-book within 4 weeks, we will send you an invoice for the missed appointment, plus our administrative fee.

 

We will not be able to take any further appointments for you until this bill has been paid.

Why do we do this?

The Foot Clinic run by Amanda Grant, Podiatrist, is very small business and loss of revenue can be devastating to a small independent practitioner. It has a massive impact on cashflow and planning.

 

Please help reduce this by letting us know if you cannot attend, or by rearrangeing your appointment if you need to. Please do talk to us, we understand that sometimes cancellation is unavoidable.
